Kofa Goods ships domestically within 6-8 business days. Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for unused,
unworn items, but original shipping charges are non-refundable.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Kofa Goods purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be
unworn and unwashed without body odor or fragrance. Must be returned for refund or exchanged within 15 days from delivery date.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective,
please contact us and we’ll make things right. Because we are a small business, we are not able to cover the return
shipping cost or provide prepaid shipping labels.
*Final Stock and Sale items are not eligible for returns. If you need to exchange for a different size,
we will do our best to accommodate if we have other sizes in stock.

How do I return or exchange an item?
To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:
1. Take a picture of the returning item(s) and email([email protected]) it with your concerns along with your order number. We will contact within 24 hours with instructions.
(We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)
Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or your refund will be issued.
