Orders typically ship within 6-8 business days for domestic orders.
Due to our team size(2), please allow 2-3 business days for the date from the date you placed to get the item(s) ready for shipping.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship internationally. We are working on that. Please stay tune.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking information is sent automatically via PAYPAL to the email address you provide at checkout and a separate email is sent from my site letting you know that your order has shipped.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Kofa Goods purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn and unwashed without body odor or fragrance. Must be returned for refund or exchanged within 15 days from delivery date.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us and we’ll make things right.
Because we are a small business, we are not able to cover the return shipping cost or provide prepaid shipping labels.
*Final Stock and Sale items are not eligible for returns. If you need to exchange for a different size, we will do our best to accommodate if we have other sizes in stock.
How do I return or exchange an item?
To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:
1. Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)
