Returns and Refund Policy
Returns
We want you to love your Kofa Goods purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date for items that are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
How to start a return/exchange: Please email us first for approval at hello@kofagoods.com before sending anything back.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
All prices are final at the time of purchase. Promotional discounts, coupon codes, and sale pricing cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.
Exchange
Exchanges are available only for a different size or color of the same product and are subject to availability.
Items marked Last Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These items are clearly identified on their product pages before purchase.
Refund
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after your returned item has been received, inspected, and approved. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund once it has been issued.
